Our computerized inventory and reservation system enables any of our customer service associates to answer questions accurately and make adjustments to your order quickly and easily. Behind the scenes, our warehouse team washes tents, cleans each chair, hand-polishes individual glasses, irons tablecloths and fine-tunes machinery. Each event order is carefully assembled and loaded securely into one of our trucks. Dispatch schedules deliveries and is in constant radio communication with our fleet of trucks to ensure everything runs smoothly. At that time the company was a general rental center. We rented tools, small construction equipment and had a limited amount of tables, chairs, linens and tableware. In 1984 the company sold the tool and equipment part of the business and became a 100% party store. At that time we had a pickup truck and a step van to handle the deliveries. We have since grown to more than 40 employees, eight full size trucks and 18, 000 square feet of warehouse space. We continue to grow at a controlled rate as not to sacrifice our service for the sake of growth. We moved into our present facilities in the fall of 1991.
