Alright, so this is a classic "don't judge a book by it's cover". I had a 50% off Groupon promo code and was super short on cash but desperately needed to get my color done and hair cut revamped....

May not look like much from the outside but Kim does an amazing job. My hair was fried and the color was terrible she did a great color correction and helped me pick a beautiful color for my hair....
