Apria is like some sick joke. Never seen such utter incompetence. No doctor or agency should use this bunch. If you are really sick and need something, just plan on dying before you get it.

Horrible customer service! Not even one star is appropriate. Everything and every department was horrible even after trying to get a supervisor which is impossible because they are never available!

I really want to get the message out there that Apria Healthcare is not a good company to work with. I requested a callback from the office manager Angel last Friday and I'm still waiting....
