Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC) is a public school district that provides innovative Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. At West-MEC, we affirm that each student houses unique potential, and our innovative programs aim to bring that to the surface. We prepare students for a bright future through industry-standard equipment, experienced instructors, and leadership opportunities. More than 37,000 students from 48 high schools in the northern and western cities of the Phoenix Metropolitan area are enrolled in West-MEC funded programs. Our West-MEC boundaries span 3,876 square miles, serving students at multiple locations. If you live within the following boundaries, you can enroll in West-MEC CTE programs.

Established in 1964, Villa Montessori School is approved by the Arizona Department of Education and is located in Phoenix. It is operated by the Villa Montessori Charter School and enrolls more than 450 students every year. The school offers educational classes from prekindergarten through grade eight in various subjects, including English, math, science, foreign language, social studies, reading, writing, language art, health, physical education, music and fine arts. It provides various sports, such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, softball, cross country, and track and field. Villa Montessori School organizes a variety of activities that include drama classes, cooking, field trips, and art and craft.
