: My approach to care is to focus on patient-centered care and prioritizing the needs of my patients while respecting and understanding their values and preferences. I also focus on patient education and communication to help ensure their plan of care is understood as well as to alleviate any fear, anxiety, or emotional disturbances that are commonly associated with orthopedic injuries.

My mission as a pediatric orthopedic surgeon is to help children and adolescents recover from injury and return to the activities they love—whether that's sports, play, or everyday movement. I’m committed to providing evidence-based care that promotes safe, timely recovery and long-term function. I believe that open, honest communication is essential to excellent care. I take time to ensure both patients and their families understand the diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes. This trust and transparency create a strong foundation for collaborative decision-making and successful recovery. Whether surgical or non-surgical, every treatment plan I create is tailored to the individual child’s needs, goals, and stage of development. I work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support the full spectrum of healing—physical, emotional, and functional. It’s an honor to help young patients regain strength, confidence, and the freedom to do what they love.
