ARTHUR IS HORRIBLE. OWNER DOESN'T CARE! They don't show up, when they do they're hours late. You will get bumped for more expensive party regardless of when you book.

By far, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.... not only did we not receive our delivery, but NO ONE called us after over 30 pages to the delivery staff. This was snow for a KIDS...
