Baja Cafe

We moved away for a while, and one of our first stops was Baja Cafe. Everything was still as magical as ever.... but the biggest change was the snickerdoodle pancake now comes in 2 sizes.......

I will start of saying I didn't want to like it. But oh my G-d I do. The food here is so good. Be prepared for a carb overload if you go the pancake direction, but I think if you need a cheat day...
