This bank is THE WORST. They do not call you back when they say they will. They do NOT protect client's interests or help you when there is fraud on your account. Absolutely horrible experience...

After my loved one banked with you for 40 years you let her be a victim of fraud. NO ONE will even call back. Their lack of response is negligent and criminal. We are left with no answers.

If I can give this location a 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Waiting almost 1 hour for a teller so I can make a deposit. I hate them, every time I go in there I need to wait to transfer...
