Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. It was my first experience donating plasma and the staff there put me at ease. Such a great team!

Used to be great...lately they have only one person checking you in and too few on the floor. In the past it was a 1-1.5 hour process...now you could be here for 2.5 hours or more. Seriously...

The staff here is great and personable. You get paid to do something good. The staff is well trained and make sure you are good from the start.

the staff is sweet and funny but they won't allow you to donate if you have an allergy to adhesives, even though alternative bandages exist and were suggested

Doesn't even deserve one star , instead of saying your arm looks bruised when you first get there and do vitals they have you go through everything then last minute tell you , you cannot donate...
