Had a bad experience at this location today, we ordered our food than drove up to the window waiting 20 minutes for our food, employees and manager ignored us we finally got someone to help us...

Cam to grab 2 baccon cheese burgers. Only car their and had to wait 22 min, and then when I got the order it was wrong. 2 cheese burgers even tho it said baccon cheese burgers on the bag.

Wow we sure did wait a really long time to get cold food. The bread for the melt wasn't toasted. What were they doing that took so long that our food wasn't fresh ?

I think the service is great. But there are some quality issues that need to be addressed. Such as the quality of the burger.
