The manager/owner is very rude and he doesn't even give out water in the middle of the summer. Treat your employees and customers better and you won't get such bad reviews and business.

Daytime is ok; normal downtown working people. Both Capital PD and PPD patrol. But,, at night from sundown to sunup, things change like night and day. This area is very dangerous at night....
