They close at 19:00, but Yelp says 18:00. I came in around 17:30 and the place was packed with people waiting. I came to pick up my new modem. They appeared to have three or four staff working....

Worst customer experience every!! Transferred me to 3 different representatives to ask the same questions and wouldn't cancel my service then the guy said he's gonna transfer me again and hung up...
