Our own crew of experienced painters, carpenters and maintenance technicians carefully maintains our inventory items. Every single item is checked before it leaves the warehouse to ensure it is absolutely clean and in good working order for our customers. Our team of planners and customer assistance associates is available from the initial phase of your project. We can meet with you in person to develop a site plan for tents and equipment. CAD ( Computer Aided Design ) service is available to develop scale diagrams for larger events. We also can offer guidance on linen colors, dish selection or specialty equipment to make your event unique. When other professionals such as caterers, florists and entertainers are involved, we'll coordinate with them to ensure everything runs smoothly. We know that changes occur in the process of event planning. Our computerized inventory and reservation system enables any of our customer service associates to answer questions accurately and make adjustments to your order quickly and easily. Behind the scenes, our warehouse team washes tents, cleans each chair, hand-polishes individual glasses, irons tablecloths and fine-tunes machinery. Each event order is carefully assembled and loaded securely into one of our trucks. Dispatch schedules deliveries and is in constant radio communication with our fleet of trucks to ensure everything runs smoothly. When your equipment is delivered, our knowledgeable team of professionals will ensure any installations are to your specifications and in compliance with safety standards. We have specially trained crews to install tents, lighting, pool cover flooring, carpeting, stages and dance floors. In the event of urgent equipment concerns, an emergency telephone number is available to you. After your event is complete, we welcome your comments. A smooth and successful event is almost guaranteed with Party Concepts Party Concepts started as a franchise operation, Taylor Rental Center, in August of 1979. At that time the company was a general rental center. We rented tools, small construction equipment and had a limited amount of tables, chairs, linens and tableware. In 1984 the company sold the tool and equipment part of the business and became a 100% party store. At that time we had a pickup truck and a step van to handle the deliveries. We have since grown to more than 40 employees, eight full size trucks and 18, 000 square feet of warehouse space. We continue to grow at a controlled rate as not to sacrifice our service for the sake of growth. We moved into our present facilities in the fall of 1991. The latest addition to our warehouse was completed in early 1997. From the beginning, with as few as three staff persons, we have had but one goal in mind, to be THE BEST PARTY RENTAL STORE. This goal requires us to be the most punctual, to provide the best equipment,
