One of the most rewarding things about my job is that we can improve my patient’s quality of life while improving their symptoms. My goal is to give my patients the opportunity to spend more time with their family with symptom management and a support system to help patients live as actively as possible until death. Addressing suffering involves taking care of issues beyond physical symptoms and helping their families who are facing problems associated with life-threatening illness. It prevents and relieves suffering through the early identification, correct assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, whether physical, psychosocial or spiritual. I hope to be a source of peace and hope for my patients in this very difficult time of their lives.

I will play a supportive role during your cancer journey. Control of severe, distressing symptoms due to cancer or its treatment can be associated with better treatment outcomes.

I treat my patients as a whole person, I do not just treat the disease. I enjoy getting to know my patients and the kinds of things they love to do. Because I treat my patients as a whole person, they learn to trust me and they trust that I will take care of them to the very best of my ability and become part of the family because I am there for them. I care a lot about my patients and the family’s well-being.
