They're getting 4 stars because I love their sugar free options (the golden eagle is awesome). However there's been a couple times I've ordered online, showed up and had to wait about 20 minutes...

The line was long when we stopped by on Friday night but that didn't stop the barista from being very nice! We ordered a large dulce de leche breve with the "works" and it was delicious!
