Go Stand Up Paddle

History

GoStandUpPaddle was created out of a passion to share my waterman knowledge of growing up in Hawaii always playing and surfing in all the surrounding waters. Water Rescue, comeradery amongst other watermen, living by and from the sea has given me a life of respect. Creating surfboards from your own designs thru your hands adds a thirst of excitement to share what is so natural in me with other that share a nitch to discover.

Chad, the founder of Go Stand Up Paddle, is considered to be the pioneer of stand-up paddleboarding in Arizona. He opened up his business in 2007 to share his love for the water sport with the Phoenix area. At Go Stand Up Paddle, we offer a variety of services for you to choose from. Whether you want to rent a stand up paddle board, kayak, take a lesson or demo a custom USA made board by Go Stand Up Paddle, or plan a corporate event -- there is something for everyone. Our team of certified instructors will make sure you are safe while having fun with our services. Plus, our pup Red will always be close by to join in on the fun and keep you entertained. We are passionate about what we do and want to share it with the Phoenix community.
