Very friendly on phone and checkin though hard to find the lobby which isn't very inviting. It was recently taken over by an Indian (India) family so can be frustrating with reservations etc....

This little hotel is really close to the Grand Canyon South rim as well as Route 66 it's a perfect blend of distance. You also have easy access to the national forest right before Grand Canyon....
