Established in 1983 and originally known as the Gymnastics Center of Tucson, Gymnastics World Central (GWC) has grown to become one of the nation's premier gymnastics facilities, serving over 1,000 students weekly. Founded by Yoichi Tomita, a former assistant coach for the USA Men's Olympic Team, GWC emphasizes physical and emotional growth through gymnastics in a safe and enjoyable environment.

GWC offers a wide range of programs for children and adults, including recreational classes, competitive teams, and specialized programs such as Parent Tot and adult classes. With a dedicated coaching staff and a focus on individual progress, the facility has successfully produced numerous Junior Olympic National Champions and fosters a love for gymnastics in its students.
