SpecialtiesI have been a practicing, board certified physician since 2007. After a significant injury (crushed by a horse), I was left in chronic pain, and found acupuncture to be the only helpful therapy. Once healed, I returned to school to do a fellowship in medical acupuncture. I am one of the few doctors who combines both medicine and medical acupuncture. My medical background allows me to understand and help some very ill patients. I particularly enjoy working with athletes and those struggling with chronic pain.

As a nonprofit, Banner Health exists to provide health care services to the communities we serve, rather than generate profits. That means that every dollar we earn is reinvested into: New hospital beds, new or expanding patient care services, new physician services, new technologies, maintaining existing equipment and facilities, and aying employees salaries. Banner also provides more than $153 million in charity care through our Financial Assistance Program. In addition, we subsidize the medical education costs for hundreds of medical residents (physicians in training), the majority of whom will stay in Arizona and Colorado, where they trained.Additionally, Banner provides important, free services like the Banner Poison and Drug Information Center Hotline, health information provided by registered nurses through our Banner Health Call Center, and school-based health centers for kids in economically challenged areas.
