In my role as a resident, I actively contribute to improving patient care through collaboration within a dedicated resident clinic. By closely working with attending physicians, our team approach ensures that patients benefit from a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan, drawing upon the combined expertise of experienced attendings and enthusiastic residents who are eager to incorporate the latest advancements in medicine. Banner – University Medicine Family Medicine Clinic takes pride in the excellent care patients receive by combining academic training with faculty physicians. Our Center includes care of children, adolescents, adults, maternity care, women’s health issues, and older patients. We provide preventive care and manage chronic diseases. Family-centered maternity care is unique to our practice. We provide prenatal care, delivery, and newborn care for your baby. I take the time to respond to the personal needs of each patient.

I approach patient care as just one part of a larger team, with the patient being an integral member of the team as well. I believe patient outcomes are best when care is co-led by the patient and the primary care provider and that every other member of the team (MAs, RNs, allied health professionals, etc) is just as important. My job is to support patients in making the best decisions for their health by providing them with education, empowerment and resources to help them reach their goals.
