Cianna was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and let me know some tips about using the numbing cream next time. She made sure to pluck the stubborn hairs and leave me looking smooth .

CAn not recommend. Was not easy to reach, then it was even more difficult to get an appointment in the near future. Had a Groupon, could not use it.
