This place has really gone downhill. They are rude and don't listen to your order. Every time I come they mess up my order. I'll have to start going to Einsteins instead.

On our way to a baseball game in Surprise and needed a quick breakfast: bagels were on the menu for breakfast! We wanted you to go to an independent bagel spot (Einstein was around the corner)....

Great customer service. Grated when we walked in. Every bagel you could hope for, baked fresh daily. Seating inspired and outdoors. Went semi in the morning, quiet, clean.

Very nice and straight to it. 10/10 recommend. Got everything bagel roasted with plain Crmchz and the bagel was perfectly toasted crunchy outside soft inside. Not a chewy bagel like Einstein which...
