Pez Owen, the resident teacher at Stillpoint Meditation, has been a meditation instructor for almost 10 years, but it was only in 2017 that Stillpoint was established as an official business entity.

Specialties

At Stillpoint Meditation we focus on mindfulness techniques that provide immediate relief to daily stresses as well as a long term resilience against life's challenges. We'll help you find a method that works for you, and while we emphasize the importance of a personal daily meditation practice, we complement this with group meditations throughout the week, ongoing classes, and one-on-one coaching. Customized programs for businesses and groups are also available. Please note we are not a brick-and-mortar center. We come to you, or meet at a convenient central location.
