Playa Del Rey Elementary School

Founded in 1994, Playa del Rey Elementary School has an enrollment of more than 800 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as art, music, science, physical education, social studies, computer applications and reading. The school also offers a variety of enrichment activities to promote the personal and social growth of students. Its reading classes focus on phonemic awareness, vocabulary and comprehension strategies.
