Popos is the go to for Mexican food. Service is great. The interior could be updated but it is a great place to eat

Popo's Fiesta Del Sol has been serving some of the best in authentic Mexican food in Phoenix for many years. Started by Betty Salazar and her sons, the restaurant is still family owned and operated. Popo's has been a treasured tradition in the West Valley since 1964. With loyal customers, friends, and employees, the eatery has achieved a reputation of quality food and service. The restaurant is known for its Chimicungas, a burrito with a choice of fillings, stuffed and then deep fried to a golden brown. Topped with a choice of guacamole, sour cream or spicy jalapeno cream cheese. Popo's prides itself on being the place families can come to for a friendly atmosphere, a hearty meal and a margarita.
