As a patient-centered physician and leader in integrative medicine, I believe that healing is not just about treating symptoms but about nurturing the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. My approach to care is guided by compassion, empathy, a deep respect for everyone's unique experiences and needs, and the innate drive for health in the human body. I am committed to partnering with patients to co-create personalized plans that honor their values, goals, and lifestyles and to using evidence-based integrative therapies to address the root causes of illness.

One of my favorite parts of being a general internist is having the privilege of caring for patients in their entirety, in a wholistic manner. An important part of my practice is incorporating shared decision making throughout the care process. A strong patient-physician relationship is at the core of my practice.
