Was overdue for a fill and no where close to regular salon so dropped in. Was the only customer. Lady did not listen, cut and burned me bloody, took 5 x as long as it should and they look AWFUL....

If I could give negative stars, I would my nails hurt, my cuticles were burned off, and look crusty. my nails didn't fully dry either. This place wouldn't even be my last option, I will not be back.
