HistoryAdelina is an Arizona based personal trainer And nutritionist with a passion for helping you feel better and be comfortable in your body. She is NESTA and NASM certified. She started her career specializing in women's body sculpting and nutrition in Orange, California by teaching hiit and circuit training classes as well as 1-on-1 sessions. She started AMFit and later moved to Arizona. She has worked with Ideal Physiques out of Atlas performance training in Chandler, Az and still remotely through AMFit. Adelina has also personally competed at a national level in NPC Bikini Body building. She knows that a family life, work, and many other distractions can take time and resources away from your health. That's why she strives to create a sustainable schedule and nutrition plan that works for you and your goals. You can lose weight without giving up your favorite foods, wine or crabs! On top of that we make working out fun, in person and online. We have weekly check ins to make sure out clients are fully kept accountable and working towards seeing results!
