Love Remedy! I went again during their anniversary celebration. The class instructors are so good and motivated me to do the moves. Easy to find parking and easy to book class online.

Love this studio so much! The instructors are all great and provide queues and modifications as needed to help you. The classes are challenging (in a good way) and you leave feeling great!

I have been taking Pilates, Barre,TRX and now Bala at these studios for years. The instructors are phenomenal. They are super knowledgeable & friendly! Such great energy too!!
