The new pool and spa are very nice. The shuffleboard courts are newer and in great condition. The owners are continuing to make updates.

To the owner, I don't think it's right charging late fees after the 5th of the month. When I get my social security the week after. For 6 yrs I Ben pay late of $40 to $50 depend on my pay week....

Friendly residents, new pool, spa with outdoor showers, nice shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, billards. Really enjoy my winters here. Good rates.
