First of all Linear is NOT a hotel as Stay Alfred advertises it to be. It was/is supposed to be a luxury apartment building in Roosevelt Row - Downtown Phoenix. Because of the ownership/management...

not super helpful customer service and unwilling to refund a cancelation. DO NOT STAY if you need to cancel for extenuating circumstances. take your business elsewhere.
