Very friendly people... lots of activity's pools and hot tubs are great! You get assigned a mailbox and Amazon delivery comes to your front door.

Spring training to be near the Dodgers. Not a lot of options. If you are RVing you will be at the very end of the respite, which is predominantly full time manufactured homes. Well kept park....
