Now I understand why this place has such poor reviews. I'm new to town and needed a quick solution, so I stopped in--only to find out they can't fix a simple zipper and don't do any dry cleaning...

Do not give these people any of your clothes. Walked in with simple alterations and picked up an unwearable suit. If you want to look like a clown in your new outfit, by all means go to these people.

Went here for the first time this past week for some alterations. Staff was friendly and got the job done for a fair price, and decent turnaround. The alterations were completed correctly as well.
