The Canyon's Crown

Located in Tucson, Ariz., Firkin and Friar is one of the largest chains of pubs in North America. Its menu features soups, nachos, crab cakes, fried calamari and mozzarella cheese sticks. The restaurant offers shrimp, artichoke dip, saut ed spinach, scallops, coconut fries and barbecue chicken wings with mayonnaise sauce. Additionally, Firkin and Friar offers salmon filet, ground sirloin, Cajun chicken, baked breads, sandwiches, burgers and potato skins. It offers pinot noir, shiraz, merlot, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, Champagne and beer of various brands. The restaurant is affiliated with Toronto's Sunnybrook and the Women s College Health Sciences Centre.
