History

Magellan Christian Academy was founded in Florida in May, 1999. The need for first-class quality child care taught with conservative Christian principles at reasonable rates was well understood. The need for child care centers and schools, above all else, to be safe, sanitary, secure and an altogether healthy environment for the children was also well understood. Additionally, with the trend in America towards both parents working, and accordingly, quality time with their children being limited, it became obvious that child care and private school environments teach children ethics, values and judgment from a Christian perspective independent of church involvement. It is for the above reasons that Magellan Christian Academy was formed.
