This place is a DUMP. Google is a 4.1 rating and I can't understand why. I know there isn't a lot of options in lake havasu but this is a $40 a night hotel MAX.

Checking out was horrible after making us wait for our rooms. Now when we want a late check out they will not accommodate us. They're telling us no late checkouts. This place is full of shit....
