The owner Donald agreed on a price and time . He was a no show. Several phone calls and texts, no answer. Called his office heard him in the background then 'ghost'. Really strange cat.

I had used Whip & Spur for 20 years, but gave up after 2007. They billed me phony charges for service that they did not provide, and left half the trash uncollected on a number of occasions....
