Yvette Brown-Shirley, MD

Casey Brown, DO, is a general physiatrist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Neuro-Rehabilitation at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Brown specializes in neuro-rehabilitation, primarily focusing on advanced spasticity management as well as treatment and management of patients with brain injuries, strokes, adult cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and other neurologic conditions. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Brown earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Brown’s research interests include advanced spasticity management.
