Driven by a passion for functional healing and holistic wellness, I founded 89 & IVY Wellness in 2017. With a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and certifications as a Master Massage Therapist (MMT) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), I bring both clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise to my practice. My career began in industrial medicine, where I worked closely with individuals recovering from workplace injuries-developing targeted muscle-strengthening protocols and performing ergonomic assessments to reduce re-injury risk. Today, I combine my love for anatomy with a whole-body approach to help clients relieve pain, restore mobility, and feel empowered on their path to wellness.
