This should be called a Chick-fil-a express since you cannot eat inside. There is nothing like driving 6 hours and looking forward to relaxing inside when you cannot. What a let down.

Went a few days ago, manager or team leader was rudely talking to one of their employees in the drive thru over a simple mistake. Poor guy looked like he wanted to cry, won't be coming again.
