I read the reviews and the pictures were nice but these accomodations were not up to par.. Several issues at check-in: - - staff were dressed casually - too casual - - most amenities were closed...

Staff is lovely, room was very clean. I did request several amenities while I stayed and was met with everything in an above expectation time with pleasant interactions.
