Absolutely worst customer service service. On hold for hours. Advertisement is phony too

Standing outside and yelling ones and zeroes would be faster. This is absurd. If you're thinking of signing up with Cox, think again. Consider Verizon 5G or T-Mobile 5G if you can get service...

I would give Cox a zero if it would let me. I have had issues with Cox for over a year now. When I have problems they give me the runaround but as soon as I tell them I am getting another provider...

Worst service I have ever tried... wouldn't stay on.. wi fi signal not strong enough.. the two workers that came to look at it were very nice but tracked mud on my carpets and their truck leaked...
