Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor skilled in working with children, adults, and parents. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Psychology (emphasis in Cognitive Neuroscience) and her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University. Kelsey works with a variety of clients who are seeking help in managing depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral difficulties, trauma, and self esteem. Kelsey uses a variety of techniques including Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, amongst others. Kelsey's laid back, friendly approach helps clients feel comfortable and willing to work toward making and exploring meaningful changes for themselves.

As a Psychological Examiner, I provide mental health counseling as well as (limited) psychological assessment. Accurate diagnosis guides successful treatment. Through active listening, thoughtful questions, and a robust clinical knowledge we can collaborate to identify problem areas and create an effective plan for change. I enjoy the process of creating new solutions to old problems with my clients! If you are feeling stuck or making little progress in your current situation, we can work together to identify your strengths and build upon them to move forward and break through the inertia. I provide therapy services for ages 12-99.
