The dirtiest IHOP I have ever seen! The floors and booths are absolutely filthy. Don't even go to the restroom in this place! Service was good and the food was just OK.

Went there late night after several hours in the local ER. We were craving the pancakes, eggs, hash browns etc. Even at 1:30 in the morning the service was punctual, food was perfectly prepared...
