Formerly, Little Rock Martial Arts, which transitioned in 2010 to Mr. James Nicholas, is striving to turn around the martial arts industry in Little Rock!

From the four-year-old child who develops self-confidence and self- esteem through training, to the 62 year-old student who gives hope and inspiration to us all, our studio is a great place to make friends and serves as a support system to our community and the families involved in our program. Impact offers TaeKwon-Do, Self Defense and Life Skills Training courses for all levels and ages. All classes are Certified Black Belt Instructor led and will help you or your child to build leadership skills, self-esteem, fitness levels and self-discipline. We teach discipline, self-control, respect, leadership and a positive attitude to your children. Through our Life Skills & Leadership program, students learn to respect themselves and their parents as well as their teachers and classmates.
