Carolyn started her career in air conditioning in the late 1970's designing and selling air conditioning systems for her fathers company. After taking a few years away from air conditioning, she went back to into the industry she loves. Benji started his career in his grandfathers business in 1998, working summers through junior high, high school, and college. After moving back to Fort Smith in 2005, he joined the company full time, and refocused the attention on the residential sector of the business.
