It is near perfect with some of the best tea. They also have lots of good options to include adding cheese foam. The Asian cooking show while we waited was delightful addition.

Nice helpful staff. They assisted me in ordering exactly what I wanted to drink. There was no wait. I wish they would have had sandwiches but they were sold out.
