The center provides individual, family and group counseling, community support and crisis intervention services. The Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System also offers treatment for patients who suffer from substance abuse. Headquartered in Pine Bluff, Ark., the center maintains a location in Star City, Ark.
