Pocahontas Aluminum Company specializes in manufacturing and distributing extruded aluminum entry doors and windows for the manufactured housing and portable building industry. The company s doors and windows are available in standard and custom sizes with doors available in double sizes. They are built to fit the needs of modular and mobile office buildings, portable buildings, cargo or enclosed trailers and other metal or wood structures. All of the company s products are designed and built at its Pocahontas, Ark., manufacturing facility. Pocahontas Aluminum Company has been in business since 1963.

Water Valley Escape has over 1,300 feet of river frontage on the Eleven Point River including a private beach area for guests. The house is about 2,500 feet or approximately one-half mile from the beach area on the river. Approximately 58 % is pasture land and 40 % is timber.
