Since Covid, the kiosk has been closed. You have to go to the counter and wait to get your car. Not a great experience for an Emerald Memeber. The customer service is very friendly. The service...

Haven't rented a car here since they moved into the central building. Wow was it an experience and not a good one. First of all I walked in to find tons of people waiting but not in the line....
